The Bamboo House at 20 Off Shore is a newly updated and refurnished home as of October 2022. In a highly desired location in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, this 4 bedroom, 3 full bath sprawling home can accommodate up to 8 adults and a total of 10 guests, this home is the ideal spot for family vacations, golf trips, and friends reunions. The Bamboo House backs up to the Robert Trent Jones golf course 6th green and offers a quiet street for you to enjoy the two separate outdoor living spaces. While a starter set of amenities will be provided for you, you can also opt in for our concierge services, and skip the grocery store. We can have the fridge and cabinets stocked for you when you get here. That way you can jump right into vacation mode! Getting Around: House has driveway and garage big enough to hold 4 cars. Parking on street or yard is not allowed. Bikes can be rented from the resort, and they will be delivered to you at the house. There is a wagon provided in the garage along with beach chairs and beach toys. Walk to the beach is only .7 miles. You can also call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy for a free ride to anywhere on the resort. Interaction with Guests: You can always contact me via texting, and I am always available to answer your questions or help if something isn't working right at the house. As we all know homes will sometimes need maintenance, and we are happy to get it done ASAP for you. We offer a variety of services to enhance your stay, including housekeeping, concierge services, and local recommendations. Our goal is to make your vacation as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.

Upon acquiring our home in 2022, the pool's allure was primarily confined to the summer months, reliant on the warmth of the season. However, a transformation has ensued, where now, we maintain it at a comfortable 80 degrees throughout the year. Furthermore, we've revived the hot tub to full functionality, offering a blissful soak at a toasty 104 degrees. These amenities now serve as a splendid backdrop for family enjoyment and post-golf relaxation alike.
